PIKE, widow, of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, do make this m,y Will, hereby revoking any and all Wills and Codicils by me heretofore made. FIRST: I direct that all my just debts, the expenses of my last illness and my funeral expenses shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease, as a part of the expenses of the administration of my estate. SEC©NDs All the residue of my property, real and personal and wherever situate, I devise and bequeath to my niece, JACQUELINE R. HELTER, now residing at 2$19 Silvercliff Drive, Dayton, ©hio (45449, if she survives me; otherwise, to my five (5~ brothers, or the survivor of them, living at the time of my death. If I have no brothers living at my death. I devise and bequeath said property to those persons who would have been entitled thereto if I had died intestate, un- married and domiciled in the Commonwealth of Pe~znsylvania. THIRD: I appoint my niece, JACQ UELIN~~ R. HELTER, Executrix of this my Will. In case at any time she is unwill- ing or unable for any reason to serve as Executrix, I appoint my brother, ROBERT W. JOHNST©N, Executor. FOURTH: I direct my Executrix/Executor to pay out of the principal of my residuary estate, all estate, succession, legacy and inheritance taxes imposed upon or p~~yable with re- spect to any property or interest in property which may be in- cluded as part of my estate for the purposes o:E said taxes, and no part thereof shall be collected from or pro-rated among any person or persons receiving or in possession of, or receiving the benefits of the property taxed .
