Dear Sir/Madam:
I have enclosed for filing an original and two copies of the Pennsylvania
Inheritance Tax Return and an original and one copy of the Inventory
in connection with the above referenced estate, together with a check in the
amount of $30.00 for the filing fees. Please time-stamp the extra copy of the
return and the extra copy of the Inventory and return same to me in the enclosed
self-addressed stamped envelope.
There is no inheritance tax due, and on March 18, 2011, we made written
request to the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue Inheritance Tax Bureau
Document Processing Unitfor an extension to file the return.
