of the second part (hereinafter called Contractor).
WHEREAS, the said parties have by a duly executed Ay, rccmcnt mqdc;' ~,:caL dated
even date herewith, entered into an written contract for lhe construction ~md completion
of a single-family dwelling located at Lot No. 62 ~ Indian tfitls, Boilmy, Springs,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH at the time of and immcdiaWly before the
execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said
Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on thc said buildings, c.r purchase
materials for the same in consideration of the markin,,< of the said contrac! wil b Contractor
and the further consideration of one Dollar, to Contractor paid by Owner. it is a~,~reed It~at
no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-cont rat'/or, nor by
any of the material men or workmen or any other per.son lbr ,my labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for Ibc creel ion of said bu ildi~ ~g, the right
to file such liens being expressly waived.
