Contractor IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS WHEREAS, MICHAEL S. WILLIAMS and SHARON M. WILLIAMS, husband and wife, are aboutto execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with WHEATLAND CUSTOM HOMES, INC. for thc erection ora single-family dwelling upon ALL THAT CERTAIN TRACT of land, situate in the in the Township of Monroe, County of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point on Lucinda Lane at thejoinder of Lots #6 and #7 of the hereinafter referred to subdivision plan; thence continuing along Lucinda Lane, South 12 degrees 56 minutes 17 seconds East, a distance of 230.012 feet to a point at other lands now or formerly of the Harry H. Fox Jr.; thence along the last mentioned lands, South 76 degrees 28 minutes 10 seconds West, a distance of 362.354 feet to a point at lands now or formerly of Ashcombe Farm Dairy, Inc.; thence along the last mentioned lands, North 14 degrees 43 minutes 03 seconds West, a distance of 230.049 feet to a point at Lot #6; thence along Lot #6, North 76 degrees 28 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance of 369.495 feet to a point on Lucinda Lane, the place of BEGINNING. CONTAINING 1.932 acres and being designated as Lot #7 on a subdivision of lands of Duffield Crossing, Phase I, prepared by Shelly & Witter, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Plan Book 76, at page 137. BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Harry H. Fox Jr., joined by Ann G. Fox, his wife, by Deed dated August 17, 1999, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Deed Book 206, at page 234, granted and conveyed unto Michael S. Williams and Sharon M. Williams, husband and wife, Owners herein. NOW, &~g? ~ ~ ,2001, at the time ofand immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owners to the said Contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with the Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar to the Contractor paid by Owners, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building and/or land by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the matefialmen or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or ex'tm labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
