o'clock, _~.M., it appearing that the First and Final Account and Proposed Schedule of
Distribution of J. Edward Dagen, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Verna Mae Dagen,
a/k/a Verna M. Dagen, late of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
Deceased, having been filed and advertised in accordance with law and Rules of Court and the
same having been confirmed absolutely by the Orphan's Court Division of the Cumberland
County Court of Common Pleas on April 26, 2011; and it appearing that the said Executor, in his
Proposed Schedule of Distribution, claims distribution to himself, to wit: to J. Edward Dagen, as
sole beneficiary of the estate, of the hereinafter-described real estate in conformity with
Paragraph THIRD of decedent's Last Will and Testament filed to Estate No. 21-10-0414, it is
Ordered, adjudged and Decreed that:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situated in South Middleton
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in
accordance with Land Subdivision of Brookwood, dated April 1985
(revised through May 16, 1985) and recorded in Cumberland County Plan
Book 47, Page 141, as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin on the western dedicated right-of--way
line of Brookwood Drive (50 foot right-of--way) at the northeastern corner
of Lot No. 5 as shown on the above described Plan; thence by said Lot No.
5, South 57 degrees 28 minutes 45 seconds West 200.00 feet to an iron pin
in line of land now or formerly of the Trustees of Cazlisle Brethren in
Christ Church; thence by said land, North 32 degrees 31 minutes 15
seconds West 150.00 feet to an iron pin; thence by Lot No. 7 as shown on
the above described Subdivision Plan, North 57 degrees 28 minutes 45
seconds East 200.00 feet to an iron pin on the western dedicated right-of-
way line of Brookwood Drive; thence by said western dedicated right-of-
way of Brookwood Drive, South 32 degrees 31 minutes 15 seconds East

150.00 feet to an iron pin on said right-of--way line the Place of
BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 0.6887 acres and being designated Lot No. 6 on
the above-mentioned Subdivision Plan.
UNDER AND SUBJECT, NEVERTHELESS to a storm water
drainage easement along the western boundary of the above described lot
as more particularly shown on the above described Subdivision Plan
together with all maintenance and construction responsibilities as noted on
said Plan.
BEING the same premises which CW Associates, A Partnership,
by deed dated December 28, 1989 and recorded December 29, 1989, in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds, in and for Curberland County, at
Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book "I," Volume 34, Page 765, granted
and conveyed to Roy K. Dagen and Verna M. Dagen, husband and wife.
THE SAID Roy K. Dagen, a/k/a Roy Kreider Dagen, died on
December 11, 1998, thereby vesting the entire fee simple title in Verna M.
Dagen, whose estate is the Grantor herein.
ALSO BEING the same premises which J. Edward Dagen,
Executor of the Estate of Verna Mae Dagen, a/k/a/ Verna M. Dagen, by
deed dated July 1, 2010 and recorded July 13, 2010 in the aforementioned
Recorder's Office to Instrument No. 201018827, granted and conveyed to
J. Edward Dagen. This Decree Awarding Real Estate confirms that
conveyance.
Is hereby awarded to J. Edward Dagen, married man, of 1205 Fleetwood Drive,
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013.
THE Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County is directed to record this Order
among the deed records in his office and to index the same in the Grantor index in the name of
Estate of Verna Mae Dagen, a/k/a Verna M. Dagen, Deceased, and in the Grantee index in the
name of J. Edward Dagen, in accordance with Section 711 and 3536 of The Probate, Estates and
Fiduciaries Code.
