AND NOW, this 20th day of April, 2011, upon
consideration of the Motion to Establish Proper Distributee filed
by Robert Fisher, Executor of the Estate, and under the Last Will
and Testament of John V. Shoemaker, III, and following a hearing at
which Donna Kauffman was present representing herself, Dianne
Liberator was present and represented by her counsel, Douglas G.
Miller, Esquire, and the moving party was present represented by
Richard C. Snelbaker, Esquire, it is ordered and directed pursuant
to agreement as follows:
The first and final account of the executor is further
confirmed as amended with the addition of Donna Kauffman being the
Distributee under Item Fifth of the Last Will and Testament.
It is noted that Donna Hoffman did not appear, nor did
Diane Auxer Shoemaker at the hearing.
