Blair, Esquire, attorney for Arthur Davis and Kara W. Haggerty; Esquire, attorney for Deborah Davis and Aileena Davis, file this Motion for Continuance and in support thereof avers as follows: 1. An Emergency Guardianship Hearing is scheduled for 3 :00 p.m. on Apri126, 2011. 2. A capacity evaluation is being done by Arthur Davis' psychiatrist, but will not be completed until May 11, 2011, with the report expected by May 20,. 2011. 3. Counsel for the parties believe that it is in everyone's best interest to delay the hearing until the evaluation is completed. 4. Counsel for the alleged incompetent has met with Nlr. Davis who is in good condition. WHEREFORE, Nora F. Blair, Esquire, and Kara W. Haggerty, Esquire, respectfully request that Your Honorable Court continue this matter.
