STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEi~EAS, RANDOLPH W. ROHRER and AMANDA S. ROHRER, are about to
execute contemporaneously herewith a contract with CHATEAU CUSTOM
HOME BUILDERS, INC., for the construction of a single-dwelling home
situate on Lot 9, Armitage Way, Hampden Station, Hampden Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more fully described on the
attached EXHIBIT "A", which is incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, April 16, 2001, at the time of and immediately before the
execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has
been glven by said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on
the said building, or purchase materials for the same in
consideration of the making of the said contract with Contractor
and the further consideration of One Dollar, to Contractor paid by
Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building
by the Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material
men or workmen or any other persons for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of
said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.

Exhibit "A'
ALL that certain tract of land situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 9 as shown on the Revised Final Subdivision
Plan of Hampden Station, Phase I dated November 18, 1999, and revised last on
April 27, 2000 and recorded in Plan Book 81, Page 81.
Said parcel being more fully described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin to be set along the southern fight-of-way Pine of
Armitage Way at the dividing line between lot 8 and lot 9 as shown on the
above said plan; thence dong lot 8, South 38 degrees 40 minutes 57 seconds
East a distance of 231.79 (erroneously shown as 231.55 feet on said plan) feet to
an iron pin to be set dang lot 9B; thence along lot 9B and lot 9A, South 89
degrees 38 minutes 47 seconds West a distance of 182.46 feet to an iron pin to
be set dang lot 10; thence along lot 10, North 19 degrees 05 minutes 49 seconds
West a distance of ~45.56 feet to an iron pin to be set along the southern right-
of-way line of Armitage Way; thence along Armitage Way, along a curve to the
left, having a radius of 200.00 feet, a delta angle of 27 degrees 48 minutes 49
seconds, an arc length of 97.09 feet, and a chord bearing and distance of
North 62 degrees 24 minutes 48 seconds East, 96,14 feet to an iron pin to be set,
the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING: 0.,5310 acres or 23,132 square feet more or less. (Erroneously
shown as 29,702 sq. ft. or 0.682 acres on said plan).
