WAIVER OF LIENS
WHEREAS, Travis B. Daniels and Cynthia D. Daniels, of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, entered into a
contract with Adin F. Daniels Builders, of 157 Goldie Road, McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania 17233, to provide
materials and perform labor necessary for completion of a residential dwelling situate upon lot of ground
located:
Lot 18 Scenic View Drive, Newville, PA 17241, Lower Mifflin Township, Cumberland County,
PENNSYLVANIA, as more particularly set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the said
contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or
material man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said contractor under this contract shall
file a lien for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in
accordance with the requirements of the Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided.

ALL THE FOLLOWING tract of land lying, being, situated in LOWER MIFFLIN TOWNSHIP, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and limited as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the Center Line of Shed Road (T-412) at a common property comer of Lot #17 and
Lot #18 as shown on the Preliminary/Final Subdivision Plan of Scenic View; thence from said point of
beginning along the Center Line of Shed Road by a curve, curving to the right, having a radius of seven
hundred ninety (790) feet and an arc length of nineteen and seventeen one-hundredths (19.17) feet (with a
chord beating of South twenty-one (21) degrees thirty (30) minutes twenty (20) seconds East and a chord
distance of nineteen and seventeen one-hundredths (19.17) feet) to a point ;thence continuing along same by a
curve, curving to the right, having a radius of two thousand six hundred fifty-five (2,655.00) feet and an arc
length of thirty and eighty-three one-hundredths (30.83) feet (with a chord beating of South twenty-one (21)
degrees eight (08) minutes thirty-six (36) seconds East and a chord distance of thirty and eighty-three one-
hundredths (30.83) feet) to a point; thence through Shed Road (T-412) and along a fifty (50) foot access
easement along Lot #21 South sixty-eight (68) degrees thirty-one (31) minutes twenty-seven (27) seconds
West, a distance of four hundred eighty-five and eighty-seven one-hundredths (485.87) feet to a point; thence
continuing along a fifty (50) foot access easement and along Lot #20 South forty-two (42) degrees fifty-six
(46) minutes six (06) seconds West, a distance of five hundred eighteen and thirty one-hundredths (518.30)
feet to a point; thence continuing along a fifty (50) foot access easement and along Lot #19 South nineteen

Lot #15, Lot #16, and a portion of Lot #17 North forty-two 942) degrees fifty-six (56) minutes six (06) seconds
East, a distance of five hundred forty and three one-hundredths (540.03) feet to a point at a common property
comer of Lot #17 and Lot #18; thence along Lot #17 and through Shed Road (T-412) North sixty-eight (68)
degrees thirty-one (31) minutes twenty-seven (27) seconds East, a distance of four hundred ninety-seven and
thirty-nine one-hundredths (497.39) feet to a point on the Center Line of Shed Road (T-412) said point being
the place of BEGINNING. CONTAINING 332,160.66 square feet or 7.6254 gross acres, including the area of
the fifty (50) foot private access easement for Lots #18, #19 and #20, with a net acreage of 7.5967 acres to the
Dedicated Right-of-way Line.
BEING identified at Lot #18 as shown on a plan of lots prepared for Realand, Inc. by Hoover Engineering
Services, Inc., dated March 30, 2000 and recorded July 25, 2000 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in an
for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Plan Book 81, Page 93.
BEING the same premises which ReMand, Inc., a Corporation, by Deed dated the 1 lth day of October, 2000,
and recorded at Cumberland County in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, in and for the County of
Cumberland, on the 8th day of November, 2000, in Record Book 233, Page 633, granted and conveyed tmto
Travis B. Daniels and Cynthia D. Daniels, His wife.
