the attached Petition to Sell Real Estate, it is hereby Ordered that the Permanent Plenary
Guardian of the Estate of Lois J. Swanger is hereby authorized to sell the real estate
owned by Lois J. Swanger located at 50 East Main Street, Newville, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania "AS IS - WHERE IS" with all faults and current conditions to an
appropriate buyer and said Guardian is also authorized to execute any and all documents
relating to the sale by signing as Guardian of the Person and Estate of Lois J. Swanger.
