WALKER, a resident of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding do make, publish and declare this to be my LAST WILL and TESTAMENT, hereby revoking any and all Wills and Codicils previouslymade byme. I declare that I am not married, my beloved wife, GLADYS WALKER, having predeceased me, and that Ihave no children. II I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable a$er my decease. III I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as a part of the expense ofthe administration ofmy estate. IV I hereby direct my Executrix to make the following distribution from my estate, said distribution to include all my real and personal property, wherever situate. My Executrix is to divide my estate into eleven (11) equal shales which ate to be distributed as fellows: A. One (1) share to my brother, NEFF WALKER If my brother, NEFF WALKER, predeceases me leaving issue then the share that was to go to my brother, NEFF WALKER, is to be divided equally among his children. However, if my brother, NEFF WALKER, has no children who survive him then his share shall lapse and be distributed equallyamong the other ten (10) shares. B. One (1) share to my brother, RICHARD WALKER. If my brother, RICHARD WALKER, predeceases me leaving issue then the share that was to go to my brother, RICHARD WALKER, is to be divided equally among his children. However, if my brother, RICHARD WALKER, has no children who survive him then his share shall lapse and be distibuted equallyamong the other ten (10) shares. C. One (1) share to my sister, RUTH FOLTZ. If my sister, RUTH FOLTZ, predeceases me leaving issue then the share that was to go to my sister, RUTH FOLTZ, is to be divided equally among her children. However, if my sister, RUTH FOLTZ, has no children who survive her then her share shall lapse and be distributed equallyamong the otherten (10) shares. D. One (1) share to my sister, EDITH SHELLEY. If my sister, EDITH SHELLEY, predeceases me leaving issue then the share that was to go to my sister, EDITH SHELLEY, is to be divided equally among her children. However, if my sister, EDITH SHELLEY, has no .children who survive her then her share shall lapse and be distributed equallyamong the otherten (10) shares. E. One (1) share to my brother-in-law, RAYMOND MARTIN.. If my brother-in-law, RAYMOND MARTIN, predeceases me leaving issue then the share that was to go to my brother-in-law, RAYMOND MARTIN, is to be divided equally among his children. However, if my brother-in-law, RAYMOND MARTIN, has no children who survive him then his share shall lapse and be distributed equally among the other ten (10) shares. F. One (1) share to my brother-in-law, DAVID MARTIN. If my brother-in-law, DAVID MARTIN, predeceases me leaving issue then the share that was to go to my brother-in-law, DAVID MARTIN, is to be divided equally among his children. However, if my brother-in-law, DAVID MARTIN, has no children who survive him then his shale shall lapse and be distributed equallyamong the otherten (10) shares. G. One (1) share to my sister-in-law, FLORENCE WILLIAMS. If my sister-in-law, FLORENCE WILLIAMS, predeceases me leaving issue then the share that was to go to my sister-in-law, FLORENCE WILLIAMS, is to be divided equally among her children. However, if my sister-in-law, FLORENCE WILLIAMS, has no children who survive her then her share shall lapse and be distributed equallyamong the other ten (10) shares. H. One (1) share to my sister-in-law, HELEN MOSS. If my sister-in-law, HELEN MOSS, predeceases me leaving issue then the share that was to go to my sister-in- law, HELEN MOSS, is to be divided equally among her children. However, if my sister-in-law, HELEN MOSS, has no children who survive her then her share shall lapse and be distributed equallyamong the otherten (10) shares. The remaining three (3) shaves would have passed to my brother, GEORGE WALKER, my brother, JOHN WALKER, and my sister, ANNA MAY BESSER, but each of them is deceased The share that was to pass to each of them is to now pass to their children in .equal shares However, if each of these brothers or sister who are deceased leave no children who survive me, then their shave shall lapse and be distibuted equallyamong the then remaining shares. V I nominate, constitute and appoint my sister, EDITH SHELLEY, as Executrix of this LAST WILL, to serve without bond. If my sister, EDITH SHELLEY, is unable or unwilling to act in that capacity, then I nominate, constitute and appoint my brother-in-law, DAVID MARTIN, as Executor of this LAST WILL, to serve without bond.
