the foregoing petition, it is hereby ORDERED AND DECREED that a Citation be
awarded, directed to to show cause why she should not be adjudged an incapacitated
person and plenary guardian of her estateQ and person be appointed, returnable

The time and place of hearing on the petition for appointment of a guardian of the
estate and person of the aDDlleged incapacitated person is fixed for g ,

the Cumberland County Courthouse, located at 1 Courthouse Square, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania.
At least twenty-days' written notice of the hearing shall be given to Elizabeth W.
Winters, the alleged incapacitated person, by serving her personally with a Citation and
this Order of Court and a copy of the foregoing Petition, together with an explanation of
the content and terms of the petition; and at least ~ days' written notice of the petition
and hearing shall also be given to the next of kin as set forth in the Petition, either
personally or by registered or certified mail.
