Kristin Breen who resides at 2165 Felspar Street San Dieu CA 92109 and Jeffrey Rodgers who resides at 2165 Felspar Street San Diego CA 92109 would like to petition the Court to waive the three days waiting period for issuance of a marriage license. 2. The reason for their request is that due to the distance that the Kristin Breen & Jeffrey Rod ers live from Pennsylvania currently and where they will be married in October then will be unable arrive early enough to adhere to the three (31 day waitin eriod. 3. The petitioners would like to apply for a marriage license on Thursday October 13, 2011 with the date of the marriage being Saturday October 15, 2011. WHEREFORE, the undersigned petition the Court to waive the three day waiting period for issuance of the marriage license.
