KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, PAMELA J. AYRE, do hereby
acknowledge that I have, this date, had and received of and from Pamela J. Ayre,
Executrix of the Estate of James T. Ayre, the following sums and properties set forth
opposite my name:
Pamela J. Ayre -entire net estate
in full satisfaction and payment of such sum or sums of money, property, legacies and
bequeaths of the Last Will and Testament aforesaid, and all interest accrued thereon.
AND THEREFORE, the undersigned, by these presents, does hereby remise,
release, quitclaim and forever discharge the said Pamela J. Ayre, Executrix, her heirs,
executors and assigns, from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, claims or demands
whatsoever, for or by reason thereof, or of any other act, matter, cause or thing
whatsoever, from the beginning of the world to the day and date of thE;se presents.

a self-addressed, stamped envelope for your convenience in returning the copies.
Finally, I have enclosed a check payable to the Clerk, Orphans' Court in the sum of Five
($5.00) Dollars representing the filing fee for the Release.
