AND NOW, this 28th day of April, 2011, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of Letters
filed by Paula V. Heckman, for the above decedent, the instrument offered for probate as the Last Will
and Testament, which is dated February 14, 2011, and the Affidavit of Sheri D. Coover, Esquire, the
Register of Wills having given consideration thereto, has made an official determination regarding the
Last Will and Testament and renders the following decision:
IT IS DECREED that the document dated February 14, 2011, is admitted to probate as the Last
Will and Testament of William G. Wert with Paragraph Fourth, first sentence indicating the expressed
intent of William G. Wert to nominate and appoint his sister, Paula Heckman to serve as Executrix.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary are hereby issued to Paula V.
Heckman, this date. Paula V. Heckman shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws
of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
