Pennsylvania, died on August 15, 2009, having fi~~t made her
Last Will and Testament in writing dated Septembler 29, 2008,
which since her decease was duly probated beforetjhe Register
of Wills of said Cumberland County and Letters T~sjtamentary
issued to DIANE B. STAMY, the Executrix named in'tl~e Last Will
and Testament of said decedent; and
WHEREAS, DIANE B. STAMY, JERRY D. BAISH and'J~,MES W. BAISH
are the persons named in Item SEVENTH of said Wi~.l~~'~as legatees
of the said decedent; and
NOW KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, the we,'D~ANE B.
STAMY, JERRY D. BAISH and JAMES W. BAISH, being the
beneficiaries sharing in the distribution of the'',E~tate of said
decedent, do hereby declare and say that we have''e~kamined the
Account and Statement of Distribution of DIANE B.' ~TAMY,
Executrix as aforesaid, for the period ending Auglu~t 24, 2010,
and find the same to be accurate and according toj]~aw, and we,

Estate of CAROLYN E. BARTLEBAUGH, also known as OLYN

Executrix, as shown by said Account, distributed'kby the Court
of Common Pleas of Cumberland County - Orphans' iCdurt Division,
we do hereby agree that the within Family Settle~n~nt Agreement,
Receipt and Release concerning the matter of settlement may be
recorded with the same effect upon us as if the ,ramie had been
reported upon by said Court, and a decree of distribution made
on such report by the said Court of Common Pleasl-',Orphans'
Court Division.
AND in consideration of the aforesaid settl~m~nt being
made without the aid of such Court of Common Pleas - Orphans'
Court Division, that we, DIANE B. STAMP, JERRY D~ ~AISH and
JAMES W. BAISH, distributees as aforesaid, do he~el~y agree that
if any debts or demands other than those included ~.n the
aforesaid Account of the said DIANE B. STAMP, thq ~xecutrix of
