ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, known as 25 East Main Street, Shiremanstown, Pennsylvania and more particularly
bounded and described in Cumberland County Deed Book V, Volume 35, Page 1197, et seq.

Claims Act of 1923, May 16, P.L. 207, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et sea.
