I do not believe the procedure we followed was faulty; however, to accommodate the concern of your office we have revised our Praecipe. Your office advised that this new Writ of Revival will have the same clocking date (January 4, 2002) as the Writ of Revival previously forwarded to your office. You should also already have in your possession this firm's draft in the amount of $15.00. Kindly file the original Praecipe and return a time stamped copy to the undersigned.
