At that time it was learned from Richard Hart that the business, R & M Mechanical Contractors, was originally set up to be an electrical contractor; but had never engaged in any business dealings or contracts. Richard Hart further stated that if the plaintiff wanted to sue him, he better sue him under the correct business name. No levy was completed, and Richard Hart was not served. 05/27/2011 Ronny R.
