The Executrix commission to Paula Sylvester is reduced from $30,000.00
to $24,000.00 and the Executrix is ordered to repay the difference of
$6,000.00 to the Estate of Warren P. Wickwire.
The auditor's fee of $2,662.50 is approved for payment by the Executrix
from the funds repaid to'the Estate.
The balance of the funds repaid to the Estate, $3,337.50 shall be
distributed in six equal shazes to those persons listed on the Proposed
Schedule of Distribution, page 10.
The First and Final Account and Statement of Proposed Distribution of
Paula Sylvester is confirmed absolutely, subject to this Orderof Court.
