(1) the five charitable remainder entities specified and identified in the instant
Petition, Dickinson College, Brown University, Dickinson School of Law,
The National Trust for Scotland, and the Episcopal Diocese for Central
Pennsylvania, are hereby joined as indispensable parties in the instant
proceeding;
(2) the Return Date of May 13, 2011, .previously set for the Rule to Show Cause
by Decree dated March 11, 2011, is hereby stayed • ""
