AND NOW, this 0 day of May, 2011, upon consideration of the
petition of Donald and Ronald Straw to show cause why an appeal from probate should
not be sustained, a citation is hereby awarded. The executor of the estate of Lewis
Straw and the heirs of said estate are hereby directed to show cause why the appeal
from the decree of probate of the Register of Wills dated April 30, 2010, should not be
sustained and the aforesaid decree should not be vacated. The citation is returnable by
respondents within twenty (20) days of service. Petitioner shall then have twenty (20)
days following receipt of the answer(s) to file a reply, after which the parties may
conduct discovery and/or petition the court for a hearing.
