Init ally Keystone Guardianship Services was the Power-of-Attorney for Wilbur Hubley.
Because of disagreements between Keystone f h WI~b ate property,nKeystoneuasked to
over the sale of the house and the disposition o p
be relieved of this appointment. His son, Marc Hubley, is incarcerated at the Camp Hill
Prison for life with no possibility of parole. A psychological evaluation of Wilbur was

Several times when we picked up Wilbur at the prison he was very pale and appeared
