a Land Subdivision for Bruce L. Long prepared by Carl D. Bert & Assoicates dated June 14, 1999, recorded in
the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Plan Book 79, Page 111, to wit:
BEGINNING at an existing iron pin along the southern side of Township Road 388 (Long Road), said iron pin
being the common property corner of lands now or formerly of John C. Gardner; thence South sixty one (61)
degrees, eighteen (18) minutes, eighteen (18) seconds East two-hundred sixteen and six-tenths (216.60) feet to
an existing railroad spike in T-388; thence South sixty-five (65) degrees, twenty four (24) minutes, fifty eight (58)
seconds East four hundred eighty three and eighty two hundredths (438.82) feet to a railroad spike set in T-388;
thence South sixty-four (64) degrees forty (40) minutes East three-hindred seventy-five (375.00) feet to a Parker
Kalon Nail set in T-388; thence South sixty six (66) degrees twenty (20) minutes East four hundred twenty seven
and nine tenths (427.90) feet to a railroad spike set in T-388, said railroad spike being the common property
comer of lands now or formerly of Marc D. Jennifer E. Woloszyn (Lot #2 of the aforementioned Subdivision
Plan); thence along the common property line with Lot #2 South twenty-seven (27) degrees twenty (20) minutes
West seven-hundred thirty-eight and six hundredths (738.06) feet to a concrete monument; thence along lands
now or formerly of Lerey Miller North forty nine (49) degrees fifty six (56) minutes eleven (11 ) seconds West six
hundred seventy eight and forty five hundredths (678.45) feet to and existing fence post; thence along lands
now or formerly of Leroy Miller South forty-three (43) degrees thirty-two (32) minutes thirty-two (32) seconds
West two hundred sixty-nine and three tenths (269.30) feet to an exisitng iron pin, said pin being the common
property corner of lands now or formerly of Jori C. Gardner; thence along lands of Jon C. Gardner the following
four courses and distances: North fifty (50) degrees thirty (30) two (32) minutes twenty eight (28) seconds West
six-hundred thirty and three tenths (630.30) feet to an existing iron pin; thence North forty six (46) degrees four
(04) minutes twenty eight (28) seconds West three hundred five and twenty five hundredths (305.25) feet to an
existing iron pin; thence North forty one (41) degrees thirty six (36) minutes thirty two (32) seconds East five
hundred forty eight and fifteen hundredths (548.15) feet to an existing iron pin; thence forty (40) degrees forty
(40) minutes thirty two (32) seconds East thirty eight and nine tenths (38.90) feet to an existing iron pin, the point
and place of BEGINNING.
BEING all of Lot No. 1 of the aforementioned subdivision plan and CONTAINING 24.4252 acres neat measure
herein.
