Counsel has acted for the Executrix since Letters Testamentary were granted to Barbara A. Wolfe, Executrix, on June 7, 2005. A Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return was filed March 28, 2006 alleging inheritance taxes due in the amount of $693.57. 2. The Pennsylvania Department of Revenue determined that certain administrative costs and debts of the decedent were disallowed and asserted tax due from the estate of $805.39. 3. Since that time, despite repeated contact in form of telephone calls and letters to the Executrix from Counsel, the Executrix has failed to pay the inheritance tax due. 4. Starting April 17, 2007, Counsel has submitted a Status Report on the estate advising that administration is not complete and the date administration is expected to completed is unknown. ^; -:~ --, ~ -- r~-~-~-:~ vJ~ --r, 5. Counsel has filed similar status report each year since. Wherefore, Counsel now desires to withdraw from the estate having been unsuccessful in getting the Executrix to pay the inheritance tax due.
