FINAL DECREE
AND NOW, this ~
~~ day of R 2011, after hearing and consideration of
testimony relating to the Petition for Settle nt of Small Estate, it is hereb ADJUDGED
ORDERED and DECREED, that: y '
1. The amount of $610.42 shall be paid to Lindi Rae Griffiths from Decedents Wacovia
checking account as reimbursement for funds advanced; and
2. The remaining balance in Decedent's checking account be distributed, in equal shares,
to his surviving heirs, Lindi Rae Griffiths, Jo, Dassing and Michael Hawkins.
This Decree shall constitute sufficient authority to all transfer agents, registrars and others
dealing with the property of the Estate to recognize the persons named herein as entitled to
receive the property to be distributed without administration, and shall have the same effect as
a decree of distribution after an accounting by personal representative.
