On January 2, 2011, you issued a Decree admitting the conformed copy and hand-written list to probate. While in the process of removing trash from the residence this week, the original signed Last Will and Testament of Robert S. Baldwin dated January 19, 1995, was discovered. I am enclosing the original Last Will and Testament and hand-written list to be filed of record in this matter. Also enclosed is a check in the amount of $15.00 for the required filing fee. I - I direct the payiment of all my just debts out of my estate as soon as may be practical after my death. II - I bequeath to my friend, Tatiana C.
