being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish d
declaze this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any ~nd all
wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1. I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as practical after
death by my Executrix or Executors, whichever the case may be, hereinafter named.
I direct that all taxes that maybe assessed as a consequence of my death shall be
from my residuary estate as part of the expenses of the administration of my estate.
2. I give all of my firearms to my son, DENNIS RONALD BROWNE.
3. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
personal and mixed, and wheresoever the same may be situate, to my wife, SHARON K.
BROWNE, provided she shall survive me by a period of sixty (60) days.
4. In the event my wife, SHARON K. BROWNE, should predecease me or fail to
me by the aforementioned period of sixty (60) days, then in such event, I give, devise and
bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, and
wheresoever the same may be situate, in equal shazes to my son, DENNIS RONALD
and my stepdaughter, LISA KELLEY.
If either my son, DENNIS RONALD BROWNE, or my stepdaughter, LICA
should predecease me, I order and direct that the said shaze such deceased beneficiary
have received hereunder shall be given to his or her issue surviving me per stirpes.
5. In the event any beneficiary should shaze in my Estate when less than twenty-fide (25)
years of age at the time of my death, I order and direct that the distributive portion of my

BRENNEMAN, P.G.
or its successor by merger or other corporate reorganization, as my testamentary Trustee,
TRUST, NEVERTHELESS, to hold, manage, invest and reinvest in a separate trust for th~ use

and benefit of said beneficiary upon the following terms and conditions:
A. I authorize my said Trustee to pay so much of the income arising thereon
together with so much of the principal thereof as in the opinion of said
Trustee is necessary or desirable to be expended for the proper
maintenance, support and education of said beneficiary to the proper
payee, for such purposes.
B. Upon said beneficiary attaining the age of twenty-five (25) years, I order
and direct that the Trust shall terminate and the then remaining net balance
of principal and accumulated income shall be distributed to said
beneficiary, absolutely.
C. During the existence of the said Trust, I order and direct that said
beneficiary shall be prohibited from pledging or assigning any assets in
said Trust or from otherwise anticipating any distribution hereunder and
that no creditor of said beneficiary shall have the right to levy upon, attach
or otherwise obtain any assets in said Trust.
Should the principal of the Trust herein be or become too small in the Trustee's discretion
so as to make establishment or continuance of the Trust inadvisable, the Trustee may mak~
immediate distribution of the remaining net principal and accumulated income outright to e
beneficiary and if the beneficiary is a minor, distribution maybe made to the appropriate
Guardian, at which time the Trust shall terminate. ',
6. I acknowledge the existence of four (4) other children, namely, DENISE BRO E
EMIG, DAWN BROWNE, DONALD R. BROWNE and SHAWN BROWNE. I have
intentionally omitted the foregoing children from this Will, it being my express will and i tention
that they do not share in any manner in the assets of my Estate.
7. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my wife, SHARON K. BROWNE, asi~

Executrix under this my Last Will and Testament, but in the event she should predecease
qualify or fail to serve in such capacity, I nominate, constitute and appoint my son,

Will and Testament.
I hereby direct that no person serving as Executrix, Executor, Co-Executor or
hereunder shall be required to post any bond to secure the faithful performance of her, his,
or its duties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or in any other jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal to this my Last Wlill and
Testament written on Three (3) pages this 12`t` day of January, 2011.
