REPORT OF GUARDIAN AD LITEM
Following my appointment as Guardian ad litem of Peter Cline and Sam Cline pursuant to the Order
of Court dated April 27, 2011, in the above captioned estate, I spoke with H. Richard Cline, the
father of the minors and the person proposed to be appointed Guazdian of their estates.
Mr. Cline is aself-employed consultant to publishers having previously been employed by Price
Waterhouse in a similaz capacity. He has a JD degree from Tulane University but has not practiced
law. He is married and lives with the children for whom he would serve as Guardian.
Peter Cline is in 9~' grade and Sam Cline is in 7~' grade. Mr. Cline stated that his mother's wishes
were that the funds provided for the. children under. the terms. of her Will .would be used to defray
college expenses. It is Mr. Cline's desire to use those funds in accordance with his mother's
expressed wishes prior to her death.
As Guardian ad litem of Peter Cline and Sam Cline I have absolutely no objection and in fact would
concur with the appointment of H. Richard Cline as the Guardian of the estate of Peter Cline and
Guardian of the estate of Sam Cline for the purpose of receiving the distributions to which the said
minors are entitled.
