BE IT REMEMBERED, that I. VERNIE E. DUNKLE, presently of 304 North 19th
Street, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory, and
understanding, do make, publish, and declare this as and for my Last Wial and Testament, hereby
revoking and making null and void any and all Wills and Testaments and writings in the nature thereof
by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM 1: I direct that my hereinafter named Executor pay all my just debts, my funeral
expenses, and the expenses of the administration of my estate. With this direction, I authorize and
empower my Executor to expend for my funeral expenses and interment such amounts as he may
consider necessary and proper, without regard to any limit that maybe prescribed by a court of law.
ITEM 2: I direct my Executor to pay all inheritance, estate, succession, and legacy taxes
of whatsoever nature and kind, io wl-~ich my estate Or th~~ transfer of airy property passing hereunder
or otherwise passing by reason of my demise, may be subject and to char;~e such taxes against my
residuary estate, it being my intention that none of the aforesaid taxes, either federal or state, on any
property required to be included in my gross estate, under the provisions of any state or federal law
now in force or hereafter enacted, shall be prorated among the persons interested in my estate to
whom such property may be transferred or to whom any benefit accrues.

ITEM 3: In the event that my husband, ARTHUR M. DUNKLE, shall survive me, I
devise and bequeath our homestead real estate, presently 304 North 19`" Street, Camp Hill,
Pennsylvania, or any other home which maybe our principal place of abode at the time of my death,
together with all household goods and furnishings therein, and all policies of insurance on said real
and personal property, unto my husband, ARTHUR M. DUNKLE, for the duration of his life, until
his remarriage, or until his cohabitation with another woman. A conditic-n of his remaining in my
home following my death is that he shall assume responsibility for all costs of maintenance and
upkeep of the residence, shall pay all real estate taxes and other municipal costs imposed upon the
property as well as costs of insurance. My husband's continued occupancy of the residence shall be
construed as acceptance of the conditions, and upon his failure to meet the conditions, he shall be
removed therefrom by my Executor.
Upon the death of my husband, ARTHUR M. DUNKLE, or upon his remarriage, or
cohabitation with another woman, whichever occurs first, his right to remain on the property shall
terminate, and the residence property and its contents shall become part o:f my residuary estate.
ITEM 4: I give and bequeath the sum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS
($15,000.00) to each of my grandchildren, namely, CORY A. SPRINGER, SCOTT A.
SPRINGER, and MICHAEL A. SPRINGER.
ITEM 5: All the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, of whatsoever nature, and
wheresoever situate, whether it be real, personal, or mixed, including property over which I have a

power of appointment, I give, devise, and bequeath unto my son, RONALD B. SPRINGER, per
stirpes.
ITEM 6: I nominate, constitute, and appoint my son, RONALD B. SPRINGER, to
serve as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. In the event my son, RONALD B.
SPRINGER, should predecease me, fail to qualify, cease to act, or renounce probate, I appoint my
grandson, SCOTT A. SPRINGER, as alternate Executor of this my Last `i~Vill and Testament.
ITEM 7: I direct that my Executor, or his successor, shall not be required to give bond
for the faithful performance of duties in this jurisdiction.
