TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT: -"
AND NOW comes Petitioner, Hee Jee Do, a minor over the age of fourteen, proceeding pro
se, and respectfully represent that:
1. Petitioner is 16 years old and was born on February 1, 1995.
2. Her present address is 195 East Yellow Breeches Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, where she
resides with her pazents. Her father is a colonel in the South Korean Army and is a student at the
US Army War College, Academic Year 2011.
3. Petitioner is the child of Eung-Jo Do and So-Yeon Kim, both of whom currently reside in
Carlisle, Pennsylvania. They will return to South Korea in June of 2011.
4. Petitioner's parents consent to the Petition as evidenced their consent attached hereto as
"Exhibit A" and incorporated herein by reference.
5. Petitioner believes therefore avers that she requires a guardian of her person because she
will reside Carlisle, Pennsylvania, at a great distance from her parents is thus in need of a
guardian to provide for her supervision, maintenance and well-being while she is not living with
her pazents. She will return to Carlisle, Pennsylvania in July 2011 to complete her junior yeaz of
school at Carlisle High School.
6. The Proposed guardian, Emily DeAngelo is 40 years of age, and resides at Carlisle,
Pennsylvania.
7. The proposed guazdian is married, is the mother of 5 children and resides in a well-
appointed home with accommodations suitable for the minor subject of these proceedings. She
is not related to Petitioner.
8. The proposed guardian has no interest adverse to Petitioner.

9. The natural pazents are members of the Buddhist faith. The proposed guardian practices
non-denominational Evangelical Christianity. The Petitioner does not subscribe to any particular
faith tradition.
10. The proposed guardian consents to said appointment, such consent being attached hereto
as "Exhibit B" and incorporated herein. '
WHEREFORE, Petitioner, Hee Jee Do, a minor over fourteen years of age, requests that the
Court appoint Emily DeAngelo as guardian of her person.
