AND NOW, this 11th day of May, 2011, upon
consideration of the Petition to Revoke Letters Testamentary and
Appoint Substitute Administratrix, and following a hearing held on
this date at which no person appeared to oppose the petition, the
petition is granted to the extent that the letters testamentary
issued to the Petitioner, Marie Lake, are hereby revoked and the
Register of Wills is authorized to a appoint substitute
administratrix DBNCTA in the person of Suzanne Lake if, but only
if, the Register believes such an appointment to be appropriate
under the circumstances.
