AND NOW, this 17th day of May, 2011, upon consideration of the Trustee, Mid
Penn Bank's Petition for Citation to Show Cause Why Co-Executors Should Not Be
Compelled to Partially Fund Testamentary Trusts Prior to Settlement of Final Account,
the oral argument that was scheduled for May 11, 2011, having been cancelled due to
settlement negotiations but those negotiations have since failed,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that oral argument in this matter
shall be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2011, at 8:30 a.m. in Courtroom No. 2 of the
Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
