THAT WHEREAS, the Decedent, KATHRYN W. CRUMLING, died, testa, e1~J~y 7, 200;
WHEREAS, the Decedent's Last Will, dated September 15, 1999 was accepted to probate with
the Register of Wills of Cumberland County on July 12, 2010;
WHEREAS, Letters Testamentary were issued to Daniel S. Crumling as Executor on July 12,
2010;
WHEREAS, DEBORAH A. WALLACE is a named beneficiary under the Last Will of the
decedent and as such is entitled to one half of the residual estate as per Item 1 of the decedent's Last
Will;
WHEREAS, DEBORAH A. WALLACE, having been advised of this entitlement to one half of
the residual estate, desires, nevertheless, to waive and disclaim her said inheritance from the decedent
and directs the entire residual estate be distributed by the Executor of this estate to DANIEL S.
CRUMLING; and
NOW THEREFORE, DEBORAH A. WALLACE does hereby voluntarily and knowingly waive,
disclaim and renounce any share or entitlement of the decedent's estate to which she may be due per the
Last Will and direct her share of to one half of the residual estate be distributed to DANIEL S.
CRUMLING.
FURTHER, it is hereby agreed that this Disclaimer of Estate Interest may be filed with the Clerk
of the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
pursuant to the Pennsylvania Estate and Fiduciary Code, Section 6203 (20 Pa. C.S.A. Section 6203, as
amended).
