husband and wife is the title holder of record; and

erected ther~n shall be subject to a lien for deb~ due ~ner ~ Contractor or by Contm~or to any sub~ntra~or for labor
or materials furnished in the said erection or construction, and ~at the right of an~ne ~ claim any such lien be waived

to be legally bound hereby, does hereby ~venant, promise and ag~, ~r Contractor and any and all subcontra~ors,
materialmen, laborers and padies a~ing for, through or under Con~a~or, ~at no mechanics' lien or claim or other lien or
claim of any kind wha~oever shall be fil~ or mainlined against the building, improvements, lot of ground or any pad
hereof, or ~e cuffiage or cu~ilages appudenant them~ by an~ne, and that all subcontrac~m, materialmen and laborem
shall look to and hold Contra~or personally liable for all sub~ntmc~, ma~rials furnished and work and labor done.
~n~ this agreement, waiving ~e right ~ lien by an~ne, shall be an independent ~venant and shall operate and be
effective with respect ~ work done and materials furnished under any supplemen~l ~ntract for extra ~rk in the erection,
~nstru~ion and ~mpletion of the building as well as to any work and labor done and materials furnish~ under the
~ntract aforesaid.
~ab, in order to give the Owner full power and authority to protect ~er and the building, impmvemen~ and lot of
ground, against any and all claims filed by Contra~or or an~ne acting under or through Contra=or in violation ~ the
foregoing ~venant, Contra~or hereby irrevocably authorizes and emp~ers any Attorney of any Cou~ ~ Common Pleas
of the Commonweal~ of Penns~vania to appear for Contractor in any of the said Cou~ of Common Pleas as afforney for
Contractor and in Con~a~ofs name, mark satisfied of record at the ~st and expense of the Contractor, or ~ any
sub~ntra~or or materialman, any and all claims or claim, liens or lien, filed by or for the Contrac~r, or any subcontra~or
or materialman, or in the name of any one or more of ~em against the building, improvements, lot of ground or any pa~
· ereof, and, for such act or ac~, ~is shall be good and sufficient warrant and authori~, and a referen~ to the CouP,
Term and Number in whi~ this instrument shall have been fil~ shall be a sufficient exhibit of the authori~ herein
confined to waffant such action, and the Contractor d~s hereby remise, release, and quit claim all righ~ and all manner
of errors, defe=s and impe~ections whatsoever in entering such satis~ction of in an~ise touching or con~rning ~e
same.

ALL the following described real estate, together with improvements thereon erected, lying and being
situate in Southampton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin on the northerly side of Independence Drive at comer of Lot E-1 on the
hereinafter referred to plan of lots; thence by said Lot E-l, North 10 degrees 21 minutes 0 seconds West 100
feet to a concrete monument at comer of Lot E-13 on said plan of lots; thence by said Lot E-13, North 79
degrees 39 minutes 0 seconds East 160 feet to an iron pin on the westerly side of Colonial Drive; thence with
the westerly side of Colonial Drive, South 10 degrees 21 minutes 0 seconds East 65 feet to an iron pin; thence
on a curve to the right having a radius of 35 feet, a chord bearing of South 34 degrees 39 minutes 0 seconds
West and a chord length of 49.5 feet to an iron pin on the northerly edge of Independence Drive, South 79
degrees 39 minutes 0 seconds West 125 feet to an iron pin, the place of beginning, containing 15, 737 square
feet.
BEING Lot E-14 on Subdivision Plan prepared by Carl D. Bert dated 02/11/00, entitled "Land Subdivision for
Rine Estates, Phase V", and recorded in Cumberland County in Plan Book 82, Page 13.
