James Gahring Gault, individually, hereinafter called
Maker, promises to pay to the order of Carl Robert Gault of 503
Magaro Rd., Enola, Pennsylvania, 17025, hereinafter called
Holder, or his estate, or his assigns (including, but not limited to
the First National Bank of Marysville situate in Marysville,
Pennsylvania), the monetary sum of Thirty-Two Thousand Dollars
($32,000.00), on demand after January 17, 2002.
AND FURTHER, THE UNDERSIGNED DOES HEREBY
AUTHORIZE AND EMPOWER ANY ATTORNEY OF ANY COURT OF
RECORD IN PENNSYLVANIA OR OTHERWISE, TO APPEAR FOR
AND TO ENTER JUDGMENT AGAINST THE UNDERSIGNED WITH
OR WITHOUT A DECLARATION OF DEFAULT, IN FAVOR OF THE
AFORECITED HOLDER OF THIS NOTE FOR THE SUM WITH COST
OF SUIT, RELEASE OF ERRORS, WITHOUT STAY OF EXECUTION;
AND THE UNDERSIGNED HEREBY WAIVES AND RELEASES ALL
BENEFIT AND RELIEF FROM ANY AND ALL APPRAISEMENT, STAY,
OR EXEMPTION LAWS OF ANY STATE NOW IN FORCE OR
HEREAFTER TO BE ENACTED.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Undersigned has executed or
caused this Judgment Note to be executed the day and year first above
written.

AFFIDAVIT OF ANNUAL INCOME IN EXCESS OF $10,000.0~
James Gahring Gault, being duly sworn according to law,
deposes and states that he has obtained a loan from Carl Robert Gault
via the First National Bank of Marysville, Marysville, Pennsylvania, in
the amount of Thirty-Two Thousand Dollars ($32,000.00), and has
executed a promissory note with a Confession of Judgment therein
contained, as security for said loan.
He further avers that he is a natural person and that he has a total
annual income in excess of $10,000.00; that he has full knowledge of
the fact that the instant promissory note may be entered of record in the
Office of Prothonotary of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and that
he is doing this intentionally for the purpose of giving a lien on any real
estate; and that he understands the legal effect of signing the aforesaid
promissory note, or the issuance of execution thereon in the event of
default under the terms and~ loan made to him.

law acknowledged the above Affidavit to be his act and deed, executed
for the purposes therein contained, and desired that same might be
recorded as such, Witness my hand and notarial seal the day and year
