2011 at 1144 hours, attached as herein commanded all goods, chattels, rights, debts, credits, and monies
of the within named defendants, to wit: Shawn D. O'Rourke and O'Rourke Farms, in the hands, possession,
or control of the within named garnishee, Land O'Lakes, Inc., 405 Park Drive, Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 17015, by handing to Holly Walter, Office Manager, personally three copies of interrogatories
together with three true and attested copies of the writ of execution and made the contents there of known
to her.
The writ of execution and notice to defendants was mailed on May 26, 2011 to Shawn D. O'Rourke at 993
N Grange Avenue, Collegeville, PA 19426-3147 and to O'Rourke Farms at 230 Hoffman Road, Barto, PA
19504-9338.
