consideration of the attached Petition, the Court authorizes PAUL S. BEAUDRY to have
distribution of the personalty of the estate, and directs any commercial bank to negotiate
any checks payable to the Robert M. Beaudry or the Estate of Robert M. Beaudry and to
close any account and distribute the balance to PAUL S. BEAUDRY upon his signature
in accordance with the Last Will and Testament attached to the Petition.
