Whereas Troy W. Gruver and Courtney A. Gruver
is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Contractor MI Rose Homes, LLC
For the erection of 227 Strohm Rd. Shippensburg, Pa 17257
A single family dwelling
Now, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
princi al contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Troy W. Gruver
Courtney A. Gruver
to the said Mi Rose Homes, LLC to commence work on the said building, or
purchase materials for the same in consideration of the marking of the said contract with
Troy W. Gruver and Courtney A. Gruver
and the further consideration of one Dollar, to Mi Rose Homes, LLCpaid by
Troy W. Gruver and Courtney A. Gruver
is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-
contractor, or by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased, extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the
right to file such liens being expressly waived.
Witness our hand and seals the day and year aforesaid.
