ALL that certain tract of land situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, and more particularly identified as follows:
LOT NO. 20 on the Final Subdivision Plan for LISBURN MEADOWS ESTATES -
NORTH, Phase I, recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 77, Page 37 et. seq., the metes and
bounds description for which lot is attached hereto as Exhibit "A", incorporated
herein by reference and made a part hereof.
BEGINNING at a point along the eastern right-of-way line of Lisbum Road (50 foot right-of-way);
thence along said Lisbum Road South 72 degrees, 58 minutes 28 seconds East 215.00 feet to a point;
thence on a curve to the right, having a radius of 50.00 and an arc length of 78.54 to a point along
Meadow Lane (50 foot right-of-way); thence along said Meadow Lane South 17 degrees 01 minute
32 seconds West 250.00 feet to a point; thence on a curve to the right, having a radius of 50.00 and
an arc length of 78.54 to a point along North Loop Road (50 foot right-of-way); thence along said
North Loop Road North 72 degrees 58 minutes 28 seconds West 215.00 feet to a point; thence North
17 degrees 01 minutes 32 seconds East 350.00 feet on the Eastern right-of-way line of Lisbum Road,
the point and place of BEGINNING.
UNDER AND SUBJECT, NEVERTHELESS, to the conditions,
restxictions and easements as noted on the hereinabove mentioned
Final Subdivision Plan; AND SUBJECT, FURTHER to the
Declaration of Protective Covenahts, Conditions, Restrictions and
Reservations for Lisburn Meadows Estates - North dated June 15,
1998, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, aforesaid,
in Misc. Book 582, Page 936, including but not limited to:
All drainage easements and detention basius applicable to the herein
described lot and detailed on said Final Subdivision Plan.
