and to notify the garnishee(s) that: (a) an attachment has been issued; (b) the garnishee(s) is enjoined from
paying any debt to or for the account of the defendant (s) and from delivering any property of the defendant
(s) or otherwise disposing thereof;
(3) If property of the defendant(s) not levied upon an subject to attachment is found in the possession
of anyone other than a named garnishee, you are directed to notify him/her that he/she has been added as a
garnishee and is enjoined as above stated.

SHERIFF'S RETURN OF SERVICE
06/13/2011 Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states that on June 6, 2011, a true
copy of the within writ of execution was attempted to be served upon the defendant, to wit: Susan M.
Noble, 222 Clay Avenue, West Fairview, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17025. At that time it was
learned that the property was vacant; however, per Post Office, mail is still delivered there.
12/06/2011 Ronny R Anderson, Sheriff, being duly sworn according to law, states he made diligent search and inquiry
for the within named Defendant to wit: Susan M Noble, but was unable to locate the Defendant in his
bailiwick. The Sheriff therefore returns the within requested Writ of Execution as "Not Found" at 58 N.
Ninth Street, Lemoyne Borough, Lemoyne, PA 17043. Per Lemoyne Postmaster, defendant moved and
left no forwarding address.
02/08/2012 07:50 PM - Noah Cline, Deputy , being duly sworn according to law, states that on February 08, 2012 at
7:50 PM hours, served the requested Writ of Execution and Claim for Exemption Form by "personally"
handing a true and attested copy to a person representing themselves to be the Defendant, to wit: Susan
M Noble at 1319 3rd St, Apt. 6, East Pennsboro/West Fairview, Enola, PA 17025, informed Defendant of
contents of same and levied upon personal property as directed. Postcard and copy of levy mailed to
attorney and letter mailed to defendant on 02-09-12.
07/24/2012 Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states this writ of execution is
returned STAYED per request of plaintiffs attorney.
