LAURA M. CARESTIA, Deceased
THOMAS CARESTIA and JOSEPH CARESTIA, being duly sworn, depose and say as
follows:
1. That Deponents aze the sons of LAURA M. CARESTIA aka LAURA MAE
CARESTIA who died on August 19, 2009 as a resident of the County of Niagara and State of New
York.
2. That Deponents were the Petitioners in a Petition For Administration to the
Surrogate's Court of Niagaza County, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
3. That a copy of the Death Certificate for Deponents' father, ANTHONY CARESTIA,
as well as Deponents' mother, LAURA M. CARESTIA aka LAURA MAE CARESTIA are both
attached hereto as Exhibit "B".
4. That Deponents were granted Letters Of Administration by the Niagara County
Surrogate on October 28, 2009 under File No. 2009-8356.
5. That Deponents are still acting as Co- Administrators of the Estate of LAURA M.
CARESTIA aka LAURA MAE CARESTIA.
6. That said decedent, LAURA M. CARESTIA aka LAURA MAE CARESTIA owned
improved real property in the County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania locally
known as 131 Holly Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania which premises were conveyed to
ANTHONY M. CARESTIA and LAURA M. CARESTIA aka LAURA MAE CARESTIA by a Deed
recorded in Deed Book 0028 M at Page 83.
7. That Deponents as Co-Administrators need to take steps to administer said improved
real property locally in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania so it can be transferred.
8. That Deponents have made a diligent search regarding any debts that might have been
owed by Deponents mother, LAURA M. CARESTIA aka LAURA MAE CARESTIA to any person
who resides or is otherwise located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Having made such
diligent search and inquiry, Deponents know that there are no debts owed by Deponent's mother,
LAURA M. CARESTIA aka LAURA MAE CARESTIA to any person in the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania.
9. That Deponent will not exercise any power with regard to said premises at 131 Holly

Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania which Deponent would not be permitted to exercise in the State
ofNew York where Deponents were appointed as Co -Administrators ofthe aforementioned Estate.
10. That Deponents realize that the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will rely upon the
contents ofthe Affidavit.
