PRELIMINARY DECREE -AWARD OF CITATION

Petition, the Court does hereby ORDER AND DECREE that a citation is awarded, directed to
Derick W. Bobb, the alleged incapacitated person to show cause why Petitioners, David W.
Bobb and Tammy J. Bobb, should not be appointed guardian of Derick W. Bobb's person and
why F & M Trust Company should not be appointed guardian of his estate. At least twenty (20)
days notice of a hearing on the attached Petition is to be given to Derick W. Bobb, as well as any
other of the incapacitated person's living next-of--kin who are sui juris, personally or by certified
