06/01/2011 07:00 PM - Ronald Hoover, Deputy Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states that on June 1,
2011 at 850 hours, he served a true copy of the within writ of execution, upon the defendant, to wit:
William C:acese, by making known unto William Cacese, at 11 Apachee Drive, Shippensburg, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania 17257 its contents and at the same time handing to him personally the said true an(
correct copy of the same. Upon serving the writ of execution, a levy was completed. Postcard and copy
of levy mailed to attorney and letter mailed to defendant on 06-06-11.
01/24/2012 Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states this writ of execution is
returned as ABANDONED. No action on writ in over 6 months.
