SHERIFF'S RETURN OF SERVICE
06/01/2011 07:21 PM - Ronald Hoover, Deputy Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states that on June 1,
2011 at 1902 hours, he served a true copy of the within writ of execution, upon the defendant, to wit:
Michael McKenrick, by making known unto Michael McKenrick, at 6 Apache Drive, Shippensburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17258 its contents'and at the same time handing to him personally the
said true and correct copy of the same. Upon serving the writ of execution, a levy was completed.
Postcard and copy of levy mailed to attorney and letter mailed to defendant on 06-06-11.
06/13/2011 On June 13, 2011, a property claim was filed by Sandy King. All parties notified by mail this date.
06/24/2011 Reference is made to Property Claim dated 06/13/11 entered by Sandy King Writ of Execution No.
2011-4618, Robert K. Erwin vs Michael McKenrick. Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, has determined that the
claimant, Sandy King, in the above mentioned property claim, is the owner of the property set forth in the
claim.
07/07/2011 No objections were filed in this case. Refunding $ 25.00 to claimant Sandy King. Writ to stay open as
property remains.
01/24/2012 Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states this writ of execution is
returned as ABANDONED. No action on writ in over 6 months.
