Richard Cline, respectfully state as follows: 1. On April 27, 2011, a Rule to Show Cause was issued upon Peter Cline and Sam Cline, minor heirs of the above-referenced decedent, to show cause why their father, H. Richard Cline should not be appointed Guardian of their Estates for the purpose of receiving distribution to which the said minors are entitled, being their interest in Members First Federal Credit Union account number 261817-42. 2. On April 27, 2011, Ronald E. Johnson, Esquire was appointed Guardian ad litem for Peter Cline and Sam Cline for the purposes of the requested appointment of Guardian of the Estates of Peter Cline and Sam Cline. 3. On May 11, 2011, Ronald E. Johnson, Esquire filed his Report of Guadian ad litem, concluding that he had "absolutely no objection and in fact would concur with the appointment of H. Richard Cline as the Guardian of the estate of Peter Cline and the Guardian of the estate of Sam Cline for the purpose of receiving the distributions to which the said minors are entitled." 4. More than twenty (20) days have elapsed since the date of the Rule and no person has filed a response opposing the requested appointment. 5. Petitioner is not aware of anyone who has objections to the Petition or to the requested appointment of Guardian as set forth therein. ~ r c WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests your Honorable Court to make its Rule Absolute, and issue a decree that H. Richard Cline is appointed the guardian of the estates of Peter Cline and Sam Cline for the purpose of receiving the distribution to which the said minors are entitled, being their interest in Members First Federal Credit Union account number 261817-42, or any successor account, in connection with the settlement of the Estate of Vaunlee E.
