Unpaid balance of credit account #4128002203660324, assigned by
CITIBANK to Plaintiff after default. Principal balance is $2627.31. Interest
added per the parties' agreement on the unpaid balance. The interest is at
15.95% per annum, commencing on 5/19/00 (totaling $1641.30). Total
now due and owing Plaintiff is $4268.61, plus costs.
