ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in the Township of East Pennsboro, County of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the boundary line between Cumberland and Perry Counties, at the northeast corner of a larger tract of land of
Harrisburg Broadcaster's Inc. of which this tract is a part; thence South 29 degrees East five hundred ninety and seven tenths (590.7) feet to
stones; thence South 61 degrees West four hundred seventy-eight and five-tenths (478.5) feet to stones; thence South 73 degrees West seven
hundred nineteen and forty-two hundredths (719.42) feet to a point; thence along lands of Harrisburg Broadcaster's Inc. North 29 degrees
West six hundred forty-four and thirty-seven hundredths (644.37) feet to a point in the Cumberland-Perry County line; thence along the
boundary line between Cumberland and Perry Counties North 73 degrees East four hundred thirty-four and four tenths (434.4) feet to a point;
thence continuing along the boundary line between Cumberland and Perry Counties North 69 degrees 30 minutes East seven hundred sixty-
five and six-tenths (765.6) feet to a point; thence Place of BEGINNING.
BEING TRACT NO.1 OF THE SAME PREMISES which James A. McKenna, Jr., conveyed unto Brian E. Danzis by deed dated February
23, 1990 and recorded March 2, 1990 in the Recorder's Office in and for Cumberland County, Pa. in Record Book K, Volume 34, Page 1176.

The Internal Revenue Service acknowledges receipt of THIRTY-SEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETY-ONE
AND 80/100 dollars ($37,391.801, the Internal Revenue Service discharges the above described property from the lien.
However, the lien retains in effect for all other property, or rights to property, to which the lien is attached.
