ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 10th day of August, 2011, upon
consideration of the Appellant's "Petition To Appeal of License
Suspension," and following a hearing held on this date at which
the Appellant represented himself and the Department of
Transportation was represented by Philip Bricknell, Esquire, and
it appearing that the suspension imposed by the Department in
this case as the result of a speeding conviction of the Appellant
was not discretionary and was mandated by statute, the
Petitioner's appeal is denied, and the license suspension imposed
by notice with a mailing date of May 20, 2011, by the Department
of Transportation is affirmed.
