AFFIDAVIT
William J. Peters, Esquire, being duly sworn according to law deposes and says
that he is the Attorney for the Plaintiffs/Creditors Dennis Carapezza and Karen Carapezza
and that the Judgment filed in the above-captioned matter against Defendant Steven
Hockensmith is the result of a motor vehicle accident which occurred on June 21, 2010,
and that the Defendant Steven Hockensmith has failed within sixty (60) days to satisfy
the above-captioned Judgment resulting from the motor vehicle accident in accordance
with 75 Pa. C. S. 1771, sub-paragraph A.
